Italian Chicken Panini

1 tablespoon basil pesto
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 slices bread
2 slices cooked oven roasted chicken
2 slices smoked deli ham
2 slices mozzarella cheese
2 slices roasted red pepper
1 teaspoon butter

Spread pesto on one slice of bread and mayonnaise on the other slice of bread. Layer meats, cheese, and peppers to make a sandwich. Top with second slice of bread. Spread top bread slice with half of butter.

Heat a panini maker and place sandwich butter-side down. Grill and press for a few minutes until panini is toasted and cheese is melted.
