Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 c. AP flour
1/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. table salt
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter or creamy white chocolate wonderful peanut butter
3 T. butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1/4 c. Heath chips

Combine the flours, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl; set aside. With mixer on low speed, beat the brown sugar, peanut butter and butter until well blended. Add the egg and vanilla and beat. Add flour mixture and beat. Stir in chips.
Roll into 36 1 inch balls. Place balls on cookie sheet and press until slightly flattened. Bake until set, 8 to 10 minutes-be sure not to over bake they should be slightly chewy. let cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Transfer to racks to cool the rest of the way.
