4 Portuguese or Kaiser rolls, split open
8 oz. thin sliced ham
8 to 10 oz. pork roast-or thin sliced roast pork from the deli
8 oz. sandwich style dill pickles
4 oz. thinly sliced Muenster or Swiss cheese
Preheat panini press. Open rolls and spread on mustard. Layer with ham, pork, pickles and cheese. Brush lightly with olive oil and place 2 sandwiches in panini press-cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melty. Cut in half and serve.
