Double Stuffed Cupcakes

1 chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 box cheesecake pudding mix
1/2 carton Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix chocolate cake in usual way. Line cupcake tins with papers, fill 1/4 way with batter, top with cookie, and then fill the remainder with batter.
Bake for 17 to 20 min. Cool completely.
Meanwhile... Mix cheesecake pudding mix with cool whip. Make a cone-shaped hole in the tops of each cupcake, cut the point off the removed piece and set aside. Drop a tablespoon of filling in each hole and then replace the removed cupcake topper piece.
Make buttercream frosting {link above} and pipe onto cupcakes.
