White Chocolate Toffee Bark

1 sleeve of saltines
1 Cup butter
1 Cup brown sugar
1 12-oz bag white chocolate chips
1/2 Cup coconut
Valentines Sprinkles
1/4 Cup Chocolate chips
1 Tbsp Crisco


Preheat oven to 350°. Toast the coconut by placing onto baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Prepare another baking sheet by covering with parchment paper. Make an even layer of saltines on parchment paper. In a medium saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil; boil for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over saltine layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Immediately after removing from the oven, pour white chocolate chips over toffee layer and as they are melting spread white chocolate out in thin layer. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and and Valentines sprinkles. Let cool for a least one hour. Melt chocolate chips and crisco and drizzle over the top of the bark. Let cool. Break into pieces. Enjoy!
