spaghetti squash
cauliflowerbell peppers-any or all colors
onion
shredded cabbage
spinach
mushrooms
lean turkey kielbasa
2 to 3 T. teriyaki sauce or sweet and sour sauce
Prepare veggies by choosing and chopping into pieces of similar size. Slice up your kielbasa. Cut squash in half and lay face down in a baking dish filled 1/4 the way with warm water and pop into microwave for about 10 mins.
Spray a light layer of olive oil over the wok and put over medium heat. Layer in meat first then the more starchy veggies ending with spinach. As it finishes cooking drizzle in the sauce.
Place squash on serving plates and top with the stir fry mixture.
