8 slices cranberry sauce
2 c. heavy cream
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 eggs
Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 packet Hollandaise sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice and lay turkey in 9x13 inch pan, then top with Swiss cheese and eggs-trying to make sure the turkey, swiss, and eggs stay stacked. Pour the cream around the eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 mins or til golden brown. In the last 13 mins of baking add the biscuits to the oven.
To assemble:
On a plate place 1 biscuit and top with a slice of cranberry sauce, 1 of the eggs and pour over prepared hollandaise sauce.
