1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 packet instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips (i used regular!!)
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir together to combine.
In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and then the vanilla.
Gradually add the flour mixture, beating until well combined. Finally, stir in chocolate chips with wooded spoon.
Drop by the tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
