1 recipe white frosting or you can use the store-bought can of white whipped
5 or 6 c. chopped peanuts
Frosting: 1 c. shortening
1 t. your favorite extract-orange, almond, lemon.
4 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
3 to 4 T. milk
In mixer, whip the shortening til fluffy add the extracts and whip a little more. Then slowly add powdered sugar and milk. Mix just until spreading consistency.
Chop nuts in food processor or mini chopper.
Freeze cake once cooled for 30 to 40 mins. Slice into as many pieces as you want/need. Then frost on all sides except bottom and roll in nuts.
