1/2 c. toasted coconut
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 lime
6 T. butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 11 oz. bag white chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl stir cookies mix, coconut, lime zest and juice, butter, egg and white chips until soft dough forms. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet using small cookie scoop. Bake 9 to 13 minutes. Cool. With a small strainer, sift powdered sugar over cooled cookies. Store covered at room temp.
