1-1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2-1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
4-1/2 t. vanilla
4-1/2 c. flour
2-1/4 t. baking soda
3/4 t. salt
2-1/4 c. oats
6 c. chocolate chips
2-1/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda, set aside. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy,then add eggs and vanilla-beat well. Add dry ingredients except for oats-mix well then stir in oats, nuts and chocolate chips. Mix and scoop onto baking sheet with a large cookie scoop{personal preference} and bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Cool on wire rack and store in air tight container.
