1 bag shredded carrots
1/2 onion chopped coarsely
1/2 turnip chopped coarsely
1 lb hamburger
1 can cream soup
seasonings of choice- like salt, pepper, and garlic salt
Mix all above ingredients.
1 double pie crust
Line deep dish pie plate with crust and pour in filling. Top with crust and brush with egg. Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour.
