Roasted Mushroom-Bacon Deviled Eggs

6 hard boiled eggs
Cut in half and place yolks in bowl and mash with fork.
Roast desired amount of mushrooms at 350 degrees until fragrant about 8 mins. Roughly chop the mushroom except what will be used for garnish. Cook bacon and chop.
Add to the yolks along with the following:
2 T. Mayo
1 T. sour cream
kosher course salt
Mix thoroughly and spoon or pipe into whites.

For the Mexican Style Deviled Eggs
6 eggs-hard boiled and sliced in half
2 T. sour cream
1 T. salsa
fresh cilantro
black olives for garnish
