1 pkg. stuffing mix
2 whole artichoke hearts chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
3 strips bacon cooked and chopped
poultry seasoning to taste
fresh ground pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
1/2 c. shredded cheese+1/4 c. for topping
Grill chicken and chop into bite sized pieces. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare stuffing as directed on box. Mix together sour cream and cream soup and add chicken, bacon and artichoke. Pour into pan add seasonings and cheese-top with stuffing and cheese. Bake for 30 mins or until top begins to brown slightly.
