1 recipe for chocolate Ganache
Mix chocolate cake in usual way and bake in 2 9 inch round cake pans. Cool and slice cakes in half and start by layering the cakes. First lay a cake on cake plate then drizzle with caramel and finish layer with the filling/frosting. Repeat with the other three layers-ending with a nice layer of the frosting to cover the whole cake.
