Apple Crisp

2 c. rolled oats
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
2 t. ground cinnamon
1 c. butter
1 to 2 c. pecans
6 to 8 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
3 T. cinnamon-sugar, mixed

In a bowl, combine 1st 4 ingredients. Using a pastry blender or fork, cut in butter til mixture resembles course crumbs. Stir in chopped pecans. Set aside topping.

For the filling, in large mixing bowl combine sliced apples and cinnamon-sugar mix, then gently toss til combined. Transfer the filling to your pan or ramekins.

Sprinkle the topping over the filling. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 mins. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped topping! Yummy:)
