1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter
Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Place a layer of Club Crackers on bottom of pan.
Put graham crackers, brown sugar, white sugar, butter and milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly over low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over the layer of Club Crackers in the pan. Put on the second layer of Club Crackers and press down gently. Pour over the remaining 1/2 mixture. Top with 3rd layer of Club Crackers and press down gently.
Topping: Melt over low heat or microwave the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Spread over the top of the bars.
Put in refrigerator for about 1 hour to set up. After set, you can set out on counter and will stay firm.
