Breakfast Casserole

4 c. shredded frozen hash browns
Half pkg. of bacon, semi cooked
10 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1-1/2 c. cheese
salt and pepper

Spread the hash brown in the bottom of 9x13-inch pan, top with bacon strips. Mix together eggs and milk and pour over hash browns and bacon. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 mins. You can pair it with toast or whip up some pancakes like we did-Sour Cream Orange-Spice!
