1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. toffee chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter and brown sugar until well blended. Stir in the flour, then toffee chips.
Scoop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Dip a glass into sugar and flatten to about 1/2 inch thickness. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove and cool on wire rack. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
